Virtual Photo Pro™ info and scheduling

Virtual Photo Pro kit Info:  Gittings Global will ship a kit to your employees’ homes with detailed written instructions.  A Gittings Global photographer will connect to the remote kit and will be able to view the subject, coach him or her on posing and adjustments to lighting, etc. The photographer will take the photos from a remote location and the images will be transferred to our digital team for processing. We then retouch the selected pose, drop in your background, and crop to your specifications.

There are 2 ways to schedule a Virtual Photo Pro™ appointment.
1. The subject goes to https://virtualphotopro.timetap.com, registers themselves, selects their appointment date and time. and enter their personal information such as mobile phone and shipping address for the delivery of the kit.

2. A firm designee would go to https://vpponlineclient.timetap.com to register themselves (or log in if they have already registered) to schedule for others.  They would then need to enter the aforementioned personal information for the session.

Here is a brief outline of the process:

STEP 1
Once you select your session date as noted above, your preferred date and time will be confirmed. You will receive the kit the day before your appointed session via FedEx or a local courier.

STEP 2
The set-up takes about 20-30 minutes. To open the case, you'll need the code 5250 for the lock or 525 for a 3 digit combination lock.  Instructions for setting up the equipment will be emailed to you and, there is a card set of instructions inside the case.

STEP 3
The photographer will send you a Zoom invitation to your phone at the time of your session so you can visit before the session, review the setup, then view and select your photo immediately afterward.  Please have Zoom downloaded and installed on your phone if possible, otherwise, you can do the same on your computer.

STEP 4
Pack up the equipment in the case immediately after your session as a courier will retrieve the case the same day, or the day following.
